They are seeking an Tech Lead with a strong software development background to lead the design and delivery of modern digital platforms. This role suits someone who has progressed from hands-on development into technical leadership and architecture , and who enjoys working closely with delivery teams while remaining technically credible. The Role As Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for technical direction, solution design, and engineering leadership across multiple squad teams. You will work closely with architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused digital solutions.
